Nephthytis

Commonly known as “Nephthytis Plant” and “Arrowhead plant”, this plant is a slow growing indoor plant. Nephthytis plant belongs from family of “Araceae” and scientific name of this plant is “Syngonium podophyllum”. This plant also a flowering plant that helps to decorate indoors of any house or any resort. Leaves of this plant are green, black, green lined in black, red lined in green and white etc colored.

Nephthytis Plant needs indirect but bright sunlight, direct sunlight can be damage its leaves. It prefers well drained soil because standing water is harmful for this plant growth. It requires temperature ‘between 15°C to 30°C’ and moderate humidity is preferable for this plant growth. Medium watering is sufficient for this plants well growth and also medium fertilizing is preferable for this plant growth. It must be need fertilizing in its growing time in Spring and Summer. In non growing season, in Winter it must be need avoid fertilizing.
